Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing and maintaining product data within ERP system (ApparelMagic), overseeing purchase order (PO) management, generating reports, and supporting the product lifecycle process from concept to final delivery. This role ensures timing data entry and updates, data accuracy, and actionable insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities: Data Management
• Input and maintain accurate product information in ApparelMagic, including SKU details, pricing, supply chain requirements and inventory levels
• Ensure all product attributes, specifications, and lifecycle milestones are updated promptly. Purchase Order (PO) Management
• Create, track, and maintain purchase orders in collaboration with product development, production, planning and logistic teams
• Monitor PO status and update the system to reflect changes such as delivery timelines and quantities until fully received
• Communicate with suppliers to ensure timely order fulfillment and address discrepancies or delays Reporting & Analysis
• Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports on product status, inventory, POs, and overall performance
• Analyze data trends to identify potential issues or opportunities for optimization Collaboration
• Work closely with design/material, product development, production, and sales teams to ensure product data and POs align with company goals
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to track and update production timelines. System Optimization
• Identify inefficiencies within ApparelMagic and recommend process improvements
• Train team members on best practices for using the system effectively
Qualifications:
• Must have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
• Must have a minimum 1-3 years of experience in data management, PO management, or apparel industry roles
• Must be highly proficiency in ApparelMagic or similar ERP/PLM software
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
• Must have analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with the product lifecycle in the apparel or retail industry preferred
• Experience in PO management workflows and vendor communication preferred
• Knowledge of inventory management and production workflows preferred
